All our products are made-to-order, meaning they are specially prepared only after an order is placed. As a result, every piece is uniquely crafted for the customer.

Universal & Flexible Sizing

We follow a smart universal sizing system:

- Size M fits S and M

- Size L fits L and XL

Customers are strongly advised to review sizing carefully before placing an order.

No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to made-to-order products:

- No returns

- No refunds

- Size-related concerns not accepted

Exchange Policy (Only for Defective Items)

Allowed only for:

- Damaged product

- Manufacturing defect

- Incorrect item delivered

Conditions:

- Report within 48 hours

- Provide unboxing video and images

- Product must be unused
